Michele Kitch, B.S.R.T. (R) (T), CMD has diversified skills in many areas of radiation oncology. She has worked as a radiation therapist, a dosimetrist and as a manager. She has experience in treating, simulation, brachytherapy and 3-D treatment planning.

Management duties included the following areas: quality assurance, patient technical charges, department policy/procedures, IOP plan and management of employees. She has experience as a team leader and facilitator and working with multiple physicians.
